(8) You have the right of access to the Confidentiality: Internal content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, to object to processing and to revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its revocation. (9) Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for you to take part in the recruitment process. 10th You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of law. (11) Your data will not be processed in an automated manner or in the form of profiling.
