Dawid Dwernicki has been managing procurement departments in large and dynamic Polish and international companies for a solid dozen years. He is responsible for production procurement (direct), non-production procurement (indirect) and the management of procurement categories on an international scale. Key responsibility is Strategic Procurement (tenders, negotiations, market analysis, selection of the best Business Partners). During this time, he was also responsible for procurement projects in Asia or South America. On many occasions, he has visited trade fairs, producers or plantations in various corners of the world. He has also been responsible for improving processes but also for building/restructuring Procurement Departments to create modern departments. While still active in the broadly understood field of procurement, it also offers recruitment projects for companies, focused on finding and delivering the best professionals in the Procurement & Supply Chain area, as well as for all positions (from specialist to executive levels) in the FMCG and Packaging Production industries.
