(5) Your personal data may be forwarded to software providers, the Social Insurance Institution, the medical entity providing occupational medicine, recruitment portals, user employers, contractors, companies providing legal services and other entities when required by law. (6) Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries. (7) Your personal data will be processed: -until the end of the recruitment process -in case you have given your consent for future recruitment for the purposes of subsequent procedures until you revoke your consent, but for no longer than 2 years. (8) You have the right of access to the Confidentiality: Internal content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, to object to processing and to revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its revocation. (9) Your provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for you to take part in the recruitment process. 10th You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of law. (11) Your data will not be processed in an automated manner or in the form of profiling.
