Dawid Dwernicki (MBA) managed Procurement Departments in large, dynamic companies, both Polish and international, for over 20 years. He specialized in direct (production) and indirect (non-production) procurement, as well as category management on an international scale. He was responsible for strategic procurement, including tenders, negotiations, market analysis, and selecting the best business partners. Throughout his career, Dawid gained extensive experience in procurement projects carried out in Asia and South America, often participating in trade fairs and visiting manufacturers and plantations around the world. Additionally, Dawid was responsible for optimizing processes and building and restructuring procurement departments, transforming them into modern, efficient units.
