PRESENTATION OF THE BEST CANDIDATES

We value your time, therefore we will present you with a shortlist of the best candidates. It will be up to you to decide in what form we will present the recommended people to you (e-mail, Teams, visit, power point presentation etc).

FINALIZATION

 

In the case of acceptance and employment of a Candidate / Candidate proposed by Nova Profit, we charge a fee of 13% calculated on the annual salary of the person. We know that everyone is concerned about budget therefore this competitive offer applies to all positions we recruit for. Without exception. Again, rest assured that we give priority to every recruitment contracted to us. You can count on our professionalism. You pay only “for the result”. We operate on a “Success Fee” basis only.
